Delivering Yield As Planned

Within our company, it is our intent to integrate and deliver a new way of doing business in the Agricultural Marketplace.

Like all other retail companies, we strive to sell the best performance, pricing, and value. However, we differentiate ourselves from just another supplier of ag inputs because our business is built on being a trusted advisor to each of our customers.

  • We advise and implement a unique plan with each of our growers, acre by acre, to deliver yield as planned.
  • We want to be known for our reliable service standards that are superior to our competition.

National support empowers us to serve you better.
We are proud to be a member of The Novus Ag Network. With this partnership, we are able to develop and deliver an individualized plan based on sound agronomics, data and quality inputs. Together, we’ll increase your yield and profits season after season.

Meet our team of ag professionals:

Kory White

Owner

I was born and raised in Shelbina, MO, a small town in the northeast part of the state. I found my passion for ag while working for farmers throughout high school and officially started my ag retail career during sophomore year as an outside laborer for a local ag retailer. By senior year, I was an applicator and ran all the machinery.

I attended college at Missouri State University in Springfield and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance with a minor in real estate. While in college, I was offered the opportunity to go back and work for the same ag retailer I worked for in high school and eventually took over sales.

After college, I worked in ag retail until 2015. Then I moved to the St. Louis area and became a territory manager for Mycogen in Eastern Missouri. After that, I became the retail business manager for Brevant when the brand was created.

Born and raised in central Missouri, both of my parents were teachers and coaches, so a competitive drive had been present in our home since I was young. Every free moment I was not playing a sport, I was working on both of my grandparents’ farms. This is where I gained my love for agriculture.

I attended Lindenwood University on a football scholarship. After two years, I realized the city life was not for me, so I transferred to Missouri Valley College in Marshall and graduated with a degree in Business Management.

My 14 years of work experience in the ag industry has been diverse and has given me a well-rounded background. I worked in ag retail with Agri-Services of Brunswick, worked in Direct Chem Sales with Reichman Sales, was a Territory Manager with Mycogen, and a Retail Development Leader with Brevant Seeds.

Now I live near Brookfield, Missouri on our family farm. My wife, Mandy, and my three kids are my driving force.

Administrative Assistant

Born and raised outside of Houstonia, MO on a 4th generation Registered Polled Hereford cattle and row crop farm, agriculture has been pouring into me since I was a baby. I graduated from State Fair Community College with an associate’s degree in Agriculture Business Management and a Certificate in Agronomy.

I spent 12.5 years in the banking industry, beginning as a teller and advancing to Market President’s Secretary/Loan Processor, and most recently serving as Assistant Branch Manager. Working in the finance industry has given me the knowledge of how to work with customers, how to manage their money properly and how to help them make crucial financial decisions.

Combining my knowledge of agriculture and finance will help me connect with IAA’s customers and build great relationships.

My husband, Ben, and I live on our family farm outside of Houstonia with our two boys, Harrison and Boone as the 5th generation of our farm raising Registered Polled Hereford cattle and growing row crops.

Growing up in a rural town in north central Missouri, if I wasn’t helping around my family’s cattle farm or working for a local row crop farmer, I was hunting, fishing, or playing sports. It did not take long for me to learn that there was no better place for me to live and work than in a rural farming community.

After graduating from high school, where I was a very active member of a successful FFA chapter, I attended college at Missouri State University. There I earned a bachelor’s degree in Agronomy and proudly served in the Missouri Army National Guard.

I was fortunate enough to receive a job offer working in ag retail back in north central Missouri. Since then, I’ve spent 10 years in the ag retail business working with farmers on their crop input needs, in that rural farming community I always knew I wanted to find my way back to.

It’s here where I started my own family and began raising kids on our own farm. I intend to continue following my passions of working and playing in the outdoors and I hope my kids grow up loving this agriculture life just the same.

Coming from a small town in rural Missouri, I know how important it is to grow and sustain the best crop possible year after year. I grew up in a farming community in western Saline County and quickly understood that agriculture was my passion and helping farmers succeed was my goal.

After graduating high school, I attended Northwest Missouri State to play baseball and majored in Ag Business. Although Maryville wasn’t that far away, it made me realize how much I missed my community in small town Missouri.

Transferring to the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, I worked my way through college as an applicator and moved into ag retail as an agronomist where I have been for the last 7 years. I work with producers to grow their operations and obtain higher sustained yields.

I live on our farm outside Houstonia, Missouri with my wife Devann and our two boys. We are 4th generation farmers growing row crops while raising a herd of Registered Polled Herefords.

I was born and raised in Mendon, Missouri and graduated from Northwestern high school in 2007. Working at and being around farms has always been a big part of my life.

I have now been in the Agronomy business for almost 15 years. By accepting an agronomy sales position with Integrated Agronomy Advisors, I’ll have a great opportunity to work with our customers and with a great and experienced team.

My family and friends are a huge part of my everyday life. In April of 2022, I married my beautiful wife Alicia and was blessed with two wonderful stepchildren.

I grew up on my family’s third-generation farm in Blackburn, Missouri, where I learned the value of hard work and responsibility from an early age. When I wasn’t helping with chores, I was busy playing sports—especially basketball. I spent two years at Central Methodist University playing college basketball before transferring to the University of Missouri, where I earned a degree in Agricultural Systems Management in 2014. While at Mizzou, I was a member of Alpha Gamma Sigma fraternity and served as Rush Chairman.

After graduation, I returned home to work alongside my father and uncles in the day-to-day operations of Bredehoeft Farms, Inc., where we raise corn, soybeans, and hogs. For more than ten years, I’ve been proud to contribute to our family business and gain invaluable hands-on experience that helps me better understand and serve my customers.

I currently live on the farm in Blackburn with my wife, Breanna—who I met at Mizzou—and our three children. As a family, we are active members of Trinity Lutheran Church and School in Alma. I serve on the church’s financial committee, and together, Breanna and I co-chair the Trinity Spring Auction and Dinner. We love and support our community deeply and couldn’t imagine raising our kids anywhere else.

I grew up on the family farm and was actively helping at an early age. I learned a lot on the farm, things that school can’t teach. There were good days and bad days, but always a next day. It was satisfying when tasks were completed. Over the years, I have seen many changes in farming practices. Adapting and using these changes for a better farm is what keeps me interested in what’s next for farming.

After graduating High School at Northwestern R-I in Mendon, MO, I attended CMSU, now UCM, in Warrensburg, MO. Before I left, I completed a BS degree in Electricity/Electronics, Masters of Science in Industrial Technology, and a K-12 Teaching Certification.

I entered the teaching field where I spent two years teaching Electronics at State Fair Community College AVTS then finished my teaching career at Salisbury R-IV before retiring in 2008. I then had the opportunity to get back to my agricultural roots when I was employed by AgriVision LLC in Salisbury MO for 3 years. I was a precision farming technician installing guidance systems, planter row shut off systems, sprayer automation, and yield monitors. While there I also received training in crop scouting and ground management.

I moved from that position to a Service Manager position at Crown Power and Equipment in Salisbury. Currently, I am employed at Integrated Agronomy Advisers in Carrollton, MO as a Sales and Operations Assistant.

My wife Melody and I currently live on the family farm where we are actively engaged in the farm operation. We enjoy spending time with our children and grandchildren.
